We are pleased to announce that DGTL.TECH is migrating to a new billing and client management platform, available at https://my.dgtl.tech.
The new platform has been built to give you a faster, clearer and more reliable experience when managing your services, whether that's IP address leases, ASN and LIR services, or VPN and proxy products.
What's changing
The migration will take place within the next 14 days. Once it is complete, all service management, invoicing, payments and support requests will be handled through my.dgtl.tech. Your existing services, invoices, payment history and open tickets will be transferred automatically, so no action is needed to keep your services running.
What you need to do
On your first visit to https://my.dgtl.tech, please use the "Forgot password" option to set a new password with the email address registered on your account. If you use saved payment methods or automatic payments, we recommend checking them after logging in, as some payment details may need to be re-entered for security reasons. If you integrate with us via API, please contact our team for updated endpoints and credentials.
During the transition
After the migration, the current client area will remain available in read-only mode for a limited period, so you can still access historical invoices and records. Service availability will not be affected at any point during the migration.
